ITI नंतर Apprenticeship म्हणजे काय? Government ₹9,600+ आणि Private ₹15,000+ Stipend ची संपूर्ण माहिती
ITI झाल्यानंतर पुढे काय करायचे? Job शोधायची, पुढील शिक्षण घ्यायचे की Apprenticeship करायची?
जर तुम्ही ITI पूर्ण केले असेल आणि प्रत्यक्ष industry experience मिळवून career सुरू करायचे असेल, तर Apprenticeship हा एक महत्त्वाचा पर्याय आहे.
भारतामध्ये Apprenticeship Training ही Apprentices Act, 1961 अंतर्गत नियमन केली जाते. या कायद्याचा उद्देश apprentices च्या training चे regulation आणि control करणे हा आहे.
2025 मध्ये stipend rates मध्ये सुधारणा करण्यात आली. सध्याच्या अधिकृत माहितीनुसार National किंवा State Certificate holder साठी minimum prescribed stipend ₹9,600 प्रति महिना आहे. महाराष्ट्राच्या DVET च्या apprenticeship page वरही National/State Certificate holder साठी ₹9,600/month नमूद आहे.
Private companies मध्ये यापेक्षा जास्त stipend मिळू शकतो. त्यामुळे ₹15,000 किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त stipend देणाऱ्या specific private opportunities मिळू शकतात; मात्र ₹15,000 हा प्रत्येक private company साठी fixed government rate नाही.
Apprenticeship म्हणजे काय?
सोप्या भाषेत सांगायचे तर:
ITI मध्ये शिकलेले technical knowledge प्रत्यक्ष workplace मध्ये वापरून experience आणि additional skills मिळवण्याची training म्हणजे Apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship मध्ये तुम्ही industry/workplace मध्ये practical training घेता.
यामुळे तुम्हाला:
Practical experience
Technical skills
Workplace discipline
Safety practices
Industry exposure
Professional confidence
यांचा अनुभव मिळू शकतो.
DGT नुसार apprenticeship मध्ये Designated Trades आणि Optional Trades दोन्ही प्रकार असू शकतात. ITI pass-outs हे Trade Apprentices म्हणून apprenticeship करू शकतात.
Apprenticeship Act, 1961 म्हणजे काय?
Apprentices Act, 1961 हा भारतातील apprenticeship training साठी महत्त्वाचा कायदेशीर framework आहे.
या Act अंतर्गत apprentices आणि establishments यांच्याशी संबंधित training, contract आणि इतर बाबींचे regulation केले जाते.
एक महत्त्वाची गोष्ट लक्षात ठेवा:
“प्रत्येक ITI विद्यार्थ्याने apprenticeship करणे कायद्याने बंधनकारक आहे”
असे सरसकट म्हणणे योग्य नाही.
कायद्यांतर्गत काही पात्र establishments वर apprentices engage करण्याच्या obligations आहेत. DGT च्या माहितीनुसार 40 किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त manpower असलेल्या आणि आवश्यक training infrastructure असलेल्या establishments साठी apprentice engagement बाबत तरतुदी आहेत.
म्हणून ITI विद्यार्थ्याने apprenticeship ही career opportunity म्हणून पाहावी.
ITI नंतर Apprenticeship का करावी?
ITI पूर्ण केल्यानंतर तुमच्याकडे technical qualification असते.
पण अनेक employers साठी practical exposure देखील महत्त्वाचा असतो.
Apprenticeship तुम्हाला ITI आणि industry यांच्यातील gap कमी करण्यास मदत करू शकते.
प्रमुख फायदे:

Workshop किंवा industry मध्ये प्रत्यक्ष काम शिकण्याची संधी.
2. Technical Skills
तुमच्या trade शी संबंधित practical skills विकसित करता येतात.
3. Industry Exposure
Company मध्ये कामाची पद्धत आणि professional environment समजते.
4. Resume मजबूत होतो
Apprenticeship experience तुमच्या CV मध्ये दाखवता येतो.

2025 मध्ये Apprenticeship Rules मध्ये stipend rates सुधारण्यात आले.
National किंवा State Certificate holder साठी minimum prescribed stipend:
₹9,600 प्रति महिना
ही रक्कम 11 September 2025 पासून लागू झालेल्या सुधारित rates मध्ये नमूद आहे. NITI Aayog च्या 2026 च्या apprenticeship report मध्येही National/State Certificate holder साठी ₹9,600/month दाखवले आहे.
महाराष्ट्र DVET च्या apprenticeship information page वरही:
National or State Certificate holder — ₹9,600 per month
असे नमूद आहे.
म्हणजे ITI विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी काय?
जर तुम्ही संबंधित National/State Certificate holder category मध्ये येत असाल, तर applicable apprenticeship मध्ये prescribed minimum rate ₹9,600/month आहे.
मात्र specific apprenticeship notification मधील terms नेहमी तपासा.
Private Company मध्ये ₹15,000 Stipend मिळतो का?
हो, मिळू शकतो.
पण इथे एक महत्त्वाचा फरक आहे.
₹15,000 हा सर्व private companies साठी fixed stipend नाही.
Private employer prescribed minimum पेक्षा जास्त stipend देऊ शकतो.
त्यामुळे काही private companies मध्ये:
₹10,000+
₹12,000+
₹15,000+
किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त stipend असलेल्या opportunities मिळू शकतात.
म्हणून vacancy पाहताना:
“Stipend किती आहे?”
हा प्रश्न नक्की तपासा.
आणि फक्त stipend पाहून apprenticeship निवडू नका.

ITI विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी संबंधित apprenticeship portal वर candidate registration करणे हा महत्त्वाचा practical first step आहे.
Government apprenticeship notifications मध्ये ITI candidates ना Apprenticeship portal वर register होण्याचे निर्देश दिलेले आहेत. RDSDE Maharashtra च्या एका अधिकृत notification मध्ये candidates कडे Aadhaar, mobile आणि email असणे आणि apprenticeship portal वर registration करणे आवश्यक असल्याचे नमूद आहे.

Apprenticeship Certificate का महत्त्वाचे?
Apprenticeship पूर्ण केल्यानंतर applicable assessment/certification process नुसार certificate मिळू शकते.
DGT च्या माहितीनुसार trade apprentices successful completion नंतर संबंधित All India Trade Test प्रक्रियेतून National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) मिळवू शकतात.
