भारत सरकारच्या Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) अंतर्गत DGT (Directorate General of Training) ने ITI विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी एक महत्त्वाचा निर्णय घेतला आहे — On-the-Job Training (OJT) आता CTS (Craftsmen Training Scheme) मध्ये अनिवार्य करण्यात आले आहे.

📌 OJT म्हणजे काय?

On-the-Job Training (OJT) म्हणजे ITI विद्यार्थ्यांना थेट उद्योगात (Industry) जाऊन प्रत्यक्ष कामाचा अनुभव देणे.

👉 म्हणजेच:

Classroom learning + Real industry experience
Theory + Practical exposure

📅 OJT किती तास करावे लागतात?

सरकारच्या guideline नुसार:

👉 प्रत्येक वर्षासाठी 150 तास OJT अनिवार्य आहे

1 वर्ष कोर्स → 150 तास
2 वर्ष कोर्स → 300 तास

🏭 OJT कुठे केला जातो?

OJT खालील ठिकाणी केला जातो:

👉 ITI आणि Industry यांच्यात collaboration करून OJT arrange केला जातो.

⚙️ OJT Structure (रचना)

⏱️ Duration: 150 तास प्रति वर्ष
👨‍🏫 Supervision: Industry Mentor + ITI Instructor
📑 Agreement: ITI आणि Industry मध्ये formal agreement

OJT मध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांचे evaluation खालील निकषांवर होते:

A1 (90%+) – Excellent
A (75–90%) – Very Good

विद्यार्थ्यांनी OJT दरम्यान:

दर आठवड्याला काम नोंदवणे
शिकलेली skills लिहिणे
वापरलेले tools नमूद करणे

👉 हा logbook evaluation साठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा असतो.

ITI मध्ये On-the-Job Training (OJT) दरम्यान विद्यार्थ्यांना दर आठवड्याला आपले काम, skills आणि learning नोंदवण्यासाठी Weekly Log Book भरणे अनिवार्य असते.

👉 हा एक record आहे ज्यामध्ये trainee:
